Registered Nurses and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses hold space, witness client and family crises, and provide exceptional care to others daily, but how well are they cared for? Nursing continues to be the profession trusted the most in healthcare, however many nurses are suffering from fatigue, burnout, stress, and dissatisfaction in their role. In this lunch and learn, we will discuss tips and techniques to mitigate emotional, physical, and spiritual distress while building inner resources to begin healing.
